Xavier Francis, at present an inmate at His Majesty’s Jail, has been sentenced for Assault Occasioning Precise Bodily Hurt. The offence occurred on September twenty third, 2023, on the jail.
Following an amended indictment and responsible plea, Mr Francis was sentenced to 12 (12) months imprisonment, to be served consecutively to his current sentence. His sentence was delivered on the St. Christopher Circuit Excessive Courtroom on November tenth, 2025, presided over by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC.
