Taipei Metropolis and Basseterre, the capital of Saint Kitts and Nevis, formally signed a Sister Metropolis Settlement on November 13. The settlement was concluded by Taipei Mayor Wayne Chiang and the Ambassador of Saint Kitts and Nevis to Taiwan, H.E. Donya Francis, and witnessed by Prime Minister Hon.
