NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (November 13, 2025)-The Nevis Island Administration (NIA) has welcomed a brand new Mandarin trainer, Miss Ginger Yu, to the island by the Taiwan Worldwide Cooperation and Growth Fund (ICDF) Abroad Mandarin Instructing Challenge.

Throughout a current courtesy name with the Honourable Senator Troy Liburd, Minister of Schooling, Miss Yu shared her plans to develop and enrich the Mandarin programme throughout colleges in Nevis.

Minister Liburd expressed his gratitude for her dedication to the initiative.

“I had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Yu, our new Mandarin trainer, to Nevis. I’m really excited concerning the alternatives this brings for our college students to study a brand new language and join with a wealthy tradition. A giant thanks to our pals from the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Taiwan ICDF for his or her continued partnership and help in schooling. Welcome to Nevis, Ms. Yu. We’re joyful to have you ever on board and stay up for working with you,” Minister Liburd stated.
