Basseterre, St. Kitts, Friday, June 27, 2025: The Early Childhood Improvement Unit (ECDU) introduced the fortieth anniversary Little one Month celebration to a festive shut with a grand parade by means of the streets of Basseterre on Friday, June 27. 

Ms. Kimona Browne, Director of the Early Childhood Improvement Unit, expressed gratitude for the month’s achievements.

“As we culminate our fortieth celebration of Little one Month, I want to lengthen an enormous thanks to my hardworking and devoted workers on the Early Childhood Improvement Unit. To the Ministry of Schooling on your constant help and to all our supervisors, proprietors, and fogeys, we are saying thanks for making our fortieth celebration successful.” 

Senior Assistant Secretary, Dr. Tricia Esdaille, prolonged commendations,

“On behalf of the Ministry of Schooling, I want to lengthen heartfelt congratulations to the Early Childhood Improvement Unit on their fortieth anniversary.  I might additionally like to increase our gratitude to each our private and non-private suppliers within the Early Childhood Sector. Congratulatory remarks have been additionally prolonged by Ms. Vanta Walters, previous coordinator of the Early Childhood Improvement Unit, and Ms. Florence Mooving-Smithen, former Early Childhood Schooling Officer, Nevis, respectively. 

“I simply need to say congratulations to the Early Childhood Improvement Unit on their fortieth celebration of Little one Month,” said Ms. Walters.

“I really feel honoured on this fortieth anniversary to say congratulations to the Early Childhood Improvement Unit.
