In a significant initiative to recognize the dedication and hard work of its student-athletes, Dr. Denzil Douglas Secondary School recently hosted its first-ever Athletes’ Appreciation Gala. The event, held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the St. Paul’s Community Centre, aimed to honor and celebrate the outstanding achievements, commitment, excellence, and sportsmanship displayed by the school’s young athletes throughout the year. The gala was held under the theme “Blue Dynasty: Legacy of Champions.”
