Craig Mills of King Road, Basseterre, and Jahmal Kentish of Stonefort Heights, Challengers, each on St. Kitts, have been sentenced to His Majesty’s Jail for the Theft dedicated at InstaCash in Basseterre on October 14th, 2023.

Mr Mills, who initially pleaded not responsible, modified his plea to responsible on the cost of Theft. He was sentenced to eleven (11) years imprisonment, with time on remand to be deducted and one-third remission for good behaviour to be utilized by His Majesty’s Jail administration.

His co-defendant, Mr Kentish, who had pleaded responsible in March 2025, was sentenced to eight and a half (8½) years imprisonment, additionally with time on remand and one-third remission to be deducted. Each males have been sentenced on the St. Christopher Excessive Courtroom in Basseterre on October twenty ninth, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC.
