Aniyah Fagan Charged For Hashish and Methamphetamine Importation

Aniyah Fagan of Buckley’s Courtyard, Bassetere, St. Kitts, has been charged with seven (7) offences by the St. Kitts and Nevis Customs and Excise Division, particularly: 

1. Importation of Hashish
2. Importation of Methamphetamine (“Ecstacy”)
3. Importation of Hashish in a Method Supposed to Deceive a Customized Officer
4. Importation of Methamphetamine (“Ecstacy”) to Deceive Customized Officer
5. Importation of Restricted Items to Wit Hashish and Knowingly making an attempt to Fraudulently Evade a Customized Officer
6. Importation of Methamphetamine (“Ecstacy”) and Knowingly Trying to Fraudulently Evade a Customized Officer
7. Submitting False Paperwork.

The offences had been dedicated on March twentieth, 2025, at Fowl Rock. Ms Fagan was charged on the Basseterre Police Station on March twenty seventh, 2025.
