Ambassador Edward Ling-Wen Tao attended the annual scholarship awarding ceremony underneath the 2025-2026 Human Useful resource Improvement Venture on December 1. This challenge supplies scholarships for 175 college students from major college, secondary college to varsity in recognition of their excellent educational efficiency.
