The Harry Phipps Housing Project in the Halfway Tree area advances to its final construction stages, bringing new homes closer for local residents.
Minister Duggins Tours Site
Minister of Creative Economy, Agriculture, and related sectors Samal Duggins, who also represents Constituency 4, recently inspected the site. He expressed delight at the rapid progress and confirmed that families will receive their new homes from the government and National Housing Corporation (NHC) in the coming weeks.
During the visit, Duggins emphasized the project’s unique approach, designed for the long-term benefit of the community and the nation. He noted significant upgrades to road infrastructure, improved accessibility, and enhanced public utilities alongside the housing development.
Building Sustainable Communities
“We are not just constructing structures; we are shaping communities,” Duggins stated. The initiative prioritizes sustainability and growth, turning promises into visible results within Constituency 4.
In addition to this project, the administration has delivered homes to several landowners through various NHC programs, demonstrating ongoing commitment to housing needs.
