Basseterre: St. Kitts, Tuesday, July 28, 2025: The St. Kitts-Nevis Robotics Affiliation (SKNRA) celebrated the conclusion of its intensive summer time camp on Friday, July 25.
The camp aimed to introduce kids and teenagers to the thrilling world of robotics, coding, and STEAM training. All through the camp, individuals engaged in hands-on actions, realized the basics of programming, and constructed and examined their robotic creations.
Dr. Ricardo Neil, Chairman and Founder, SKNRA, shared
“We’re happy with the expansion that we have had over time, and we’re proud that our imaginative and prescient we now have for St. Kitts and Nevis, and the area is coming to move. That imaginative and prescient is to make sure that younger folks are given the chance to dream and to let them know that the bounds are not simply within the classroom, however that they will go additional. We need to encourage them not simply to be customers of the know-how, however we would like them to be creators, builders, and that’s what fuels our imaginative and prescient and our dream.”
Ms. Mary Shelford, Govt Administrative Secretary, SKNRA, prolonged gratitude to the companions in each St. Kitts and Nevis who gave of their time, providers, and contributions to the camp. She thanked the dad and mom, supporters, and campers for their unwavering dedication, enthusiasm, and participation.
The Robotics Camp is a part of the SKNRA’s ongoing mission to advertise STEAM training and put together Kittitian and Nevisian youth for careers in rising tech industries.
