Basseterre, St. Kitts, Wednesday, February 04, 2026: The Ministry of Schooling formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the College of Ghana on Tuesday, February 03.

The newly signed MOU is grounded in shared rules and acknowledges the deep historic and cultural connections between St. Kitts and Nevis and Ghana. It seeks to deepen this relationship by way of significant partnerships in training and growth.

By means of this collaboration, St. Kitts and Nevis reaffirms its dedication to selling human capital growth, youth empowerment, and worldwide cooperation in training, analysis, and innovation. The partnership with the College of Ghana is anticipated to advance these targets by fostering tutorial collaboration, joint analysis initiatives, youth-focused programmes, and the change of data and experience.

The MOU was signed by the Minister of Schooling, Hon. Dr. Geoffrey Hanley. It was witnessed by Everlasting Secretary within the Ministry of Schooling, Mrs. Lisa-Romayne Pistana, and noticed by Ambassador Nerys Dockery, Secretary Common of the Nationwide Fee for UNESCO, which has been instrumental within the growth of this initiative.
