St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme earns top honors at the Caribbean Investment Summit held in Saint Lucia, including Programme of the Year.

The programme also secures three additional awards recognizing its efficiency, regional influence, and sustainable development contributions: Sustainable Development Impact Award, Time to Citizenship Efficiency Award, and Caribbean Impact Award.

Awards Highlight Key Achievements

The Programme of the Year award marks the highest recognition at the summit, underscoring St. Kitts and Nevis’ leadership in the investment migration industry. Officials note recent reforms have strengthened the programme’s operations.

The Sustainable Development Impact Award acknowledges the CBI Unit’s efforts toward sustainable goals across the twin-island nation, aligning with ambitions to become a Sustainable Island State.

For the second consecutive year, the Time to Citizenship Efficiency Award celebrates consistent operational excellence in application processing while upholding rigorous due diligence standards.

The Caribbean Impact Award recognizes the Federation’s role in setting regional standards and driving economic growth throughout the Caribbean.

Recent Reforms Drive Success

Less than two years after a major overhaul to a statutory-led model, the CBI Programme enhances governance and shields operations from political interference. Over the past 20 months, reforms improve oversight, compliance, and administration to meet international standards.

Enhancements in 2026 include bolstered due diligence, advanced biometric verification, and stricter compliance measures.

Executive Chairman’s Response

Executive Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Calvin St. Juste, accepts the awards and states they position St. Kitts and Nevis as an “industry leader” in investment migration.

St. Juste emphasizes that since transitioning to a statutory body, the team’s mission focuses on creating the world’s most secure and efficient citizenship programme. He describes the honors as validation of 20 months of dedicated work.

“We have moved from a period of necessary reform to an era of undisputed industry leadership,” St. Juste declares. He credits the team for proving that rigorous due diligence and operational excellence coexist, reaffirming commitment to balancing security and efficiency.
