Romeo Browne, often known as “OG,” of Cayon, St. Kitts, has been charged with the
offence of Homicide dedicated towards the late Kelvin Millard of Cayon on January twenty first,
2024.
Browne was charged on February third, 2026, on the Basseterre Police Station.
Millard was killed within the early morning hours of January 21, 2024, alongside the island predominant highway in Cabbage Tree, Cayon. Police discovered him immobile inside his car and he was pronounced useless on the scene.
Millard was confronted by armed assailants whereas returning to his car. Throughout an obvious try to flee, his car collided with a flamboyant tree.
