Taipei, Taiwan, November 17, 2025 (PMO) — Prime Tron-E Vitality Know-how Company, a number one producer of sustainable electrical automobiles in Taiwan, has donated two state-of-the-art electrical buses to the Authorities and other people of St. Kitts and Nevis. The donation is a serious step ahead in advancing the Federation’s Sustainable Island State Agenda and its dedication to wash, trendy, and accessible transportation.

Prime Minister Drew and his delegation toured the automobiles on Monday, November 17, throughout their official go to to the Republic of China (Taiwan). The buses had been subsequently handed over to the Authorities following discussions with the corporate’s President and Vice President, who reiterated Tron-E’s curiosity in deepening technical cooperation with the Federation.

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the donation, noting that the buses will likely be devoted to transporting two of essentially the most susceptible and necessary teams in society: the aged and kids.

The donated buses are Selectronic-model automobiles, engineered and designed by Tron-E Vitality Know-how Company. They’re at present used broadly throughout Asia, america, and several other areas adopting trendy low-emission transportation programs. Their sturdiness, power effectivity, and low working value make them a great match for St. Kitts and Nevis because it modernizes the general public transport ecosystem.

Prime Minister Drew emphasised that the buses immediately align with the nation’s Sustainable Island State Agenda, which prioritizes renewable power integration, climate-smart infrastructure, and environmentally accountable transportation.

“This donation strikes us one other step nearer towards a resilient, cleaner, and extra sustainable St. Kitts and Nevis,” the Prime Minister mentioned. “It demonstrates the kind of forward-thinking partnerships that may assist remodel our transportation sector.”

The buses are scheduled to reach within the Federation in early 2026, the place they are going to be ready for phased integration into neighborhood and social-support transport providers.

The Authorities of St. Kitts and Nevis extends its deep appreciation to Tron-E Vitality Know-how Company and to the Authorities and other people of the Republic of China (Taiwan) for his or her continued, significant cooperation.
