Basseterre, St. Kitts (June 11, 2025) Officers of the Prison Investigation Division (CID) have arrested and formally charged 27-year-old Andrew Herbert, of Fiennes Avenue, McKnight, Basseterre, in reference to a theft that occurred on the Panda Chinese language Grocery store on Market Avenue.

The incident came about on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at roughly 2:30 p.m. Following investigations, Mr. Herbert was arrested and formally charged on Tuesday June 10, 2025, on a warrant within the first occasion for the offence of theft.  He stays in custody as police investigations proceed. 

The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Pressure stays steadfast in its efforts to make sure the security of the group and the swift apprehension of people concerned in prison exercise.
