The Police have charged Joash Phipps of Cleverly Hill, Sandy Level, St. Kitts, however presently residing at Camps, Newcastle, Nevis, for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition. The prison infractions had been dedicated on March twenty first, 2025, at Sandy Level.
